HOW TO HANG
Each letter includes a small hole on the back for easy wall hanging.
We usually recommend using a small nail for the best result. Because each piece is individually handmade, some letters may naturally have slightly different balance points.
For extra stability, a small piece of removable adhesive or thin double-sided tape can also be used.

Please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
Because each piece is handmade and fragile, damage during shipping can occasionally happen — but don't worry, we will do our best to find a solution together.

All parcels are traceable and delivered from İzmir with a shipping fee depending on country. Some orders might be subject to local taxes and import duties. Since we’re unable to calculate these charges, shipping from orsayorsceramics does not cover these expenses.

Yes, we ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after production is complete. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Every order is fully insured against shipping damage, and we guarantee your pieces arrive safely. If anything is broken or chipped on arrival, simply email a photo to hello@orsayorsceramics.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the damaged pieces free of charge, including return shipping if needed.
Each letter is individually wrapped in protective padding and packed in a reinforced box, but we stand behind every shipment, no questions asked.
Each piece is handmade and fired in our studio, so production takes 7 to 14 business days. Once ready, U.S. shipping adds another 5 to 10 business days. We'll send you updates at every stage so you know exactly when to expect your order.
The full English alphabet (A to Z) and numbers (0 to 9) are available. There's no strict character limit, but most orders are between 3 and 10 letters. For longer words or names, feel free to reach out and we'll help you plan the perfect layout.
We've carefully matched our digital swatches to real ceramic glazes, but slight variations are part of the handmade process. Screen settings, lighting, and kiln conditions all influence the final tone, and that's exactly what makes each piece one of a kind.

Because each piece is handmade just for you, custom orders aren't eligible for returns based on a change of mind. However, if there's a production error, the wrong letter or color was sent, or your order arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order, email us at hello@orsayorsceramics.com and we'll update your design before production begins. Once we've started crafting your pieces, changes are no longer possible.
