Absolutely amazing! I am so happy with how these turned out!
N
The quality was amazing and it made the perfect gift for my friend’s son’s 1st birthday. They absolutely adored it and how out of the box it was!!
H
These letters are so cute! Perfect for my girls shared room.
A
The letters are great and almost even better than the expensive ‘original’. We live in Germany and had to pay €50 in customs fees, which was a bit annoying – especially since I had been told that this usually isn’t the case.
O
We are so happy with our order! They turned out perfect!
A
Exceeded my expectations! They took about 6 weeks to get here, but were SO worth the wait. They are very well made and high quality. 10/10 would recommend!
K
Could not be happier with my purchase! These are better than anticipated and we love our letters so much, perfect addition to our son's nursery. 10/10 recommend!
E
Ravie de ma commande qui a largement
dépassé mes attentes ! Colis emballé avec grand soin. Örsay est une personne très réactive et gentille. Merci infiniment pour votre travail.
N
Great quality, lovely colors, and packaged very well. It looks cute in our baby’s nursery.
J
The letters are so cute and colors are as described. I love the look so much and will be great in our nursery! Did take awhile to arrive to me as there were some issues in production I believe, but Orsay was super responsive and kept letting me know the status of the order, which I appreciate!
S
Highly recommended. Very nice design and super friendly. Thank u so much. I love the letters. The perfect addition to my sons room.
V
I absolutely loved these ceramic bubble letters! They came packaged really well and arrived on time. I purchased my first name for my newborn daughter's nursery and my older daughter loved them so much she wanted her name in letters for her room too so I made a second order for her! We are so happy with the end result and definitely recommend purchasing from this seller!
S
As described and super cute. Excited to get them up on the wall. Shipping took longer than expected but was quick once it got to the carrier.
J
It seriously is just the cutest addition to my sons room!
G
These letters are so cute and high quality! I love them, just be warned that it took six weeks from ordering for them to arrive
j
Love the letters! It is the perfect touch in my baby's nursery :) Will order again for my other kiddo!
S
Super Qualität, Verkäuferin sehr freundlich, ich bin überglücklich.
A
Very cute!! Love the font style. I took one star off because one of my colors i wish had an extra coat of paint to minimize some brush as strokes and one of my hanging holes had a chip in it. But its homemade and beautiful overall. Looks very cute hung up on the wall
M
Excellent! Perfect for nursery !

P
Letras preciosas en tonos muy bonitos.
E
Obsessed! Amazing quality and customer service
G
These are very cute letters. The reason for 4 stars is because the holes on the back don’t have a lip to hold onto a screw or nail. Should someone close the door a little hard, they would fall off the wall. Maybe it was just the letters I received??
U
Die Buchstaben sind ein Geschenk für meine Tochter bzw. meine Enkelin. Die Überraschung ist gelungen und die Freude war groß.
Vielen Dank an die Künstlerin!
S
Absolutely love my purchase, very well made!!
H
Sehr schönes Produkt! Schnelle Lieferung, ganz unkompliziert :)

HOW TO HANG
Each letter includes a small hole on the back for easy wall hanging.
We usually recommend using a small nail for the best result. Because each piece is individually handmade, some letters may naturally have slightly different balance points.
For extra stability, a small piece of removable adhesive or thin double-sided tape can also be used.
Your letters arrive ready to hang and enjoy ✨

FAQ
Everything You Need to Know
Answers to the most common questions about ordering your custom ceramic letters.
Yes, we ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after production is complete. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Every order is fully insured against shipping damage, and we guarantee your pieces arrive safely. If anything is broken or chipped on arrival, simply email a photo to within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the damaged pieces free of charge, including return shipping if needed.
Each letter is individually wrapped in protective padding and packed in a reinforced box, but we stand behind every shipment, no questions asked.
Each piece is handmade and fired in our studio, so production takes 7 to 14 business days. Once ready, U.S. shipping adds another 5 to 10 business days. We'll send you updates at every stage so you know exactly when to expect your order.
The full English alphabet (A to Z) and numbers (0 to 9) are available. There's no strict character limit, but most orders are between 3 and 10 letters. For longer words or names, feel free to reach out and we'll help you plan the perfect layout.
We've carefully matched our digital swatches to real ceramic glazes, but slight variations are part of the handmade process. Screen settings, lighting, and kiln conditions all influence the final tone, and that's exactly what makes each piece one of a kind.
If you'd like to see a real photo of a specific color before ordering, just email us at .
Because each piece is handmade just for you, custom orders aren't eligible for returns based on a change of mind. However, if there's a production error, the wrong letter or color was sent, or your order arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge.
Your satisfaction matters. If anything isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
Each letter has a small hole on the back for easy hanging. Most customers use a thin nail, an adhesive wall hook, or 3M-style mounting strips. All work beautifully on drywall and painted walls.
The letters also look lovely propped on shelves, nightstands, or above a crib without hanging.
Absolutely. We use lead-free, food-safe certified glazes on every piece. As with any decorative wall item, we recommend hanging the letters securely and out of reach of small children.
A dry or slightly damp soft cloth is all you need. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, or the dishwasher. For dust, a soft brush or microfiber cloth works perfectly.
For indoor use only, as ceramic is sensitive to frost and prolonged direct sunlight.
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
